Assem El-Gazzar, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, inspects the implementation of a set of projects in Luxor’s New Tiba city, Invest-Gate reports.

Radwan Abdelrashid, Head of the New Tiba Development Authority, says that the road, water, and sewerage projects are completed at sites of social housing in an area of 480 feddans.

He adds that subgrade works are underway for roads, water networks, sewerage networks, two pumping stations, and sewer mains on a total area of 620 feddans.

Abdelrashid states that electricity works are underway in social housing lands at 620 feddans and other electricity networks at a total area of 480 feddans.

It is worth noting that New Tiba city was established according to Presidential Decree no. 198 of 2000 on an area of 5,445.42 feddans. An area of 4,050.86 feddans was added later as per Presidential Decree no. 329 of 2014.
