El-Gazzar Issues Reshuffling Appointments in New Cities’ Development Authorities

Assem El-Gazzar, the Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, has issued two decisions regarding extensive transfers and appointments within the new cities’ development authorities and the New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA), Invest-Gate reports.

El-Gazzar emphasized that the performance of various officials is continuously evaluated to improve the level of work and the quality of implementation in the various projects undertaken by the ministry.

The movement included the appointment of Ashraf Fathi Mahmoud, at a high rank within the NUCA, to oversee all facilities work. He will also serve as an Assistant to the Deputy Head of the Authority for the Development and Urban Crisis Management Sector.

Also, the movement included the appointment of Ammar El-Sayed Atiya Mandour, the head of the Badr City Development Authority, as the head of the Sheikh Zayed City Development Authority. Additionally, Radwan Mohamed Abdel Rashid, the head of the Tiba City Development Authority and supervisor of the New Luxor City, was appointed as the head of the Badr City Development Authority.

Moreover, Khaled Naif Abdel Aziz El-Sherif, the head of the New Minya City Development Authority and supervisor of the Mallawi City Development Authority, was appointed as the head of the New Fayoum City Development Authority.

Tarek Gamal El-Din Mohamed, the head of the New Fayoum City Development Authority and supervisor of the New Fashn City, was appointed as the head of the two development authority for Port Said New City – Salam and West Port Said.

Furthermore, the movement also included the appointment of Wael Mohamed Samir El-Sayed, the former head of the New Alamein City Development Authority, as the head of the New Ismailia City Development Authority.

Ahmed Mustafa Mohamed Abdel-Aal, the head of the Sheikh Zayed City Development Authority, was appointed as the head of the New Minya City Development Authority.

Yasser Abdel Halim Hassan, the head of the New Mansoura City Development Authority, was appointed as the head of the Sadat City Development Authority.

In the same context, Alaa Abdel-Lah Ali Mustafa, the head of the Sheikh Zayed City Development Authority, was appointed as the head of the New Fayoum City Development Authority and supervisor of the New Luxor City.

Mahmoud El-Sharbiny El-Gamrawi, the head of the Maspero area, Mamsha Ahl Masr, and the Resources and Ain El-Seira districts, was appointed as the head of the New Mansoura City Development Authority. Ahmed Mohamed Abdel-Razek Ahmed, the Deputy Head of the New Administrative Capital City Development Authority, was appointed head of the Sheikh Zayed City Development Authority.

Mohamed Adel El-Marasy El-Sharbiny, the Deputy Head of the New Administrative Capital City Development Authority, was appointed head of the Maspero area, Mamsha Ahl Masr, and the Resources and Ain El-Seira districts. Walid Abdel Rahman Hagagi, the Deputy Head of the New October City Development Authority, was appointed as the head of the development agencies for Malawi and Fashn cities.
