Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities Assem El-Gazzar has been closely monitoring the progress of the presidential initiative project “Sakan Kol El Masryeen” aimed at providing housing for all Egyptians in the West Airport area of New October City, Invest-Gate reports.

He has also been overseeing the utility works associated with these projects, emphasizing the importance of adhering to the designated timelines, maintaining high-quality standards, and meeting engineering specifications.
Mohamed Abdel Maqsoud, the head of the New October City Authority, has provided further details about the West Airport area. Located in the heart of New October City, it serves as a central point between the industrial zone and the New Zahraa October area.

Within this area, a total of 35,000 housing units are currently being implemented, along with 25 service buildings that include schools, markets, a social club, a youth center, health units, and nurseries. The completion of approximately 13,000 housing units has already taken place, and these units are being delivered to the beneficiaries. Regular follow-up activities are being conducted to ensure adherence to the planned schedules for these projects.

Furthermore, Mahmoud Mourad, the Vice President of the New October City Authority, along with housing officials and supervisory bodies, has held multiple meetings with the companies responsible for implementing the presidential initiative projects known as “Sakan Kol El Masryeen” in areas (A-B) to the west of the airport.
Additionally, field visits have been conducted to identify any obstacles that may arise during the implementation phase, overcome them, and closely monitor the progress of each project individually.
