Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities Assem El-Gazzar has held talks with Alaa Manea, Head of the 10th of Ramadan City Development Authority, regarding the progress of the presidential initiative Sakan Kol El Masryeen (“Housing for All Egyptians”) and the new regional developments in the city of 10th of Ramadan, Invest-Gate reports.
El-Gazzar emphasized the importance of focusing on ongoing projects in the city, including providing services such as roads, transportation, parks, and housing.
Moreover, El-Gazzar revealed that the completion of the Sakan Kol El Masryeen initiative is underway in the Narges district, with an expansion of 298 residential buildings, each covering 90 sqm and equipped with all facilities.
Additionally, work is in progress on the “Green Model” of the Sakan Kol El Masryeen initiative in the fifth phase, including approximately 4,372 housing units in the new Zagazig district.
El-Gazzar further explained that the new regional development project encompasses external and internal transportation routes within the city. Extensions are also being implemented for the new bus station in the city.
Manea also reiterated the remarkable progress of work done as part of the Sakan Kol El Masryeen initiative in the Narges district as well as the “Green Model” phase of the initiative.
