Assem El Gazzar, Minister of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities, states that officials of the Urban Communities Authority and New Cities Authority are continuing their field tours to follow up on the work progress on a number of projects being implemented, Invest-Gate reports.
Also, Abdel Muttalib Mamdouh, vice-president of the New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) for the Development and Urban Development Sector, Kamal Bahgat, Assistant Vice President of the New Urban Communities Authority for the Development and Urbanization, conduct an inspection tour in Capital Gardens City.
During that tour, the housing officials inspect the facilities work in the housing area of ”Housing for All Egyptians” project, phase I, with 1,124 residential buildings comprising 29,496 fully finished housing units, in addition to the road works, emphasizing the implementing companies’ officials the necessity of completing the projects in the specified times according to the schedule.
In another context, Head of the 15 May City Development Authority, Muhammad Khalaf Allah Abdul Majid, inspects the implementation works of social housing buildings within “Housing for All Egyptians” initiative in “Al Narges” area, noting that it includes the implementation of 465 buildings comprising 11,160 housing units with a surface area of 90 sqm per unit.
Ammar Mandour, head of the Badr City Development Authority, also inspects NAC’s employees’ housing, phase II with 196 buildings, comprising 4,704 units, and a number of service projects and site coordination works.
On the other hand, Ahmed Ismail, Head of the New Nubaria City Development Authority, conducts an inspection tour of the social housing area “Ebny Beitak” in the city center to follow up on cleaning, agriculture, lighting and general site coordination.
For his part, Khaled Shaheen, Head of the New Salhia City Development Authority, visits the agricultural and cleaning works in a number of neighborhoods to upgrade the service level in the city.
Also, Khaled Ragab, head of the New Beni Suef City Development Authority, visits “Ebny Beitak 1” area to follow up on the cleaning and agricultural work in the area to keep the city’s civilized appearance.
Additionally, Asmaa Makhlouf, Head of the North Gulf of Suez Development Authority, inspects the rehabilitation and upgrading of roads in Attaqa free zone besides operation and maintenance of water, sewage and public lighting networks and raising the road efficiency to attract more investments.
