Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities Assem El-Gazzar has announced the commencement of a public manual lottery to allocate small residential land plots as part of the “Masakn” program, Invest-Gate reports.
This allocation spans 15 cities and will begin next Sunday, December 17, 2023, until Thursday, December 21, 2023, at specified times at the Journalists Club in October Gardens, as announced by the New Urban Communities Authority.
Moreover, El-Gazzar explained that the public lottery will be conducted for small residential land plots in areas designated as distinguished, excellent, and medium, previously offered on the authority’s website from August 22, 2023, to October 21, 2023.
These areas cover cities such as New Cairo, New Mansoura, Obour City, Shorouk City, New Salheya, New Fayoum, New Beni Suef, October Gardens, New Borg El Arab, New Akhmim, New Nasser “West Asyut”, New Tayiba, New Aswan, West Qena, and Sadat.
Furthermore, Amin Ghoneim, Deputy Chairman of the New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) for Real Estate and Commercial Affairs, highlighted that the lottery for applicants of the distinguished and excellent housing lands in cities like New Cairo, New Mansoura, Obour City, Shorouk City, New Salheya, and New Fayoum will take place on Sunday, December 17, 2023.
Ghaniem added that the lottery for applicants of excellent housing lands in cities such as New Beni Suef, October Gardens, New Borg El Arab, New Akhmim, New Nasser “West Asyut”, New Tayiba, and New Aswan will be on Monday, December 18, 2023, while the medium-sized land plots in these cities will have their lottery on Tuesday, December 19, 2023.
