El-Gazzar Reviews Progress of New Alamein City’s Housing Units

Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities Assem El-Gazzar has convened a meeting at the New Alamein City headquarters to oversee ongoing projects in the city, Invest-Gate reports.

Officials present at the meeting were Walid Abbas, Assistant Minister for Community Affairs of New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA); Abdel-Muttalib Mamdouh, Vice Chairman of NUCA for Development and Urban Development; Abdel Khaliq Ibrahim, Assistant Minister of Housing for Technical Affairs; Wael Shaaban, Assistant Vice President of NUCA; Kamal Bahgat, Assistant Vice President of NUCA for Urban Development; Ahmed Omran, Assistant Vice President of NUCA; Ahmed Ibrahim, Head of New Alamein City Authority; and Khaled Sorour, Head of the Tourist Villages Authority.

El-Gazzar reviewed the status of bids for managing and operating the Coastal Towers area and timelines for completing residential units in several projects in New Alamein City. Delivery of villas in the “Mazarine” residential-commercial-administrative compound is set to begin in April.

Also, El-Gazzar emphasized efforts to accelerate project timelines, increase site labor and equipment, and ensure round-the-clock work and regular monitoring.

Notably, he underscored that New Alamein City, a fourth-generation city, is strategically located on the Mediterranean coast, poised to become a global and local tourism destination, offering year-round living conditions, diverse housing options, and quality services.
