Assem El-Gazzar, the Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, has issued six decisions aimed at addressing building violations in the sixth district of the Ebni Beitak One area in the city of New Beni Suef, Invest-Gate reports.

He emphasized the ongoing efforts of the Ministry’s agencies, in collaboration with other stakeholders, to eradicate unplanned developments and violations in new cities. The objective is to regulate urbanization and preserve the cultural aesthetics of these urban areas.

According to the decisions, the construction violations observed in residential plots within the sixth residential district of the Ebny Beitak One area in the new city of Beni Suef will be rectified through administrative procedures.

These violations include the construction of skylight ceilings, concrete columns, additional rooms, closed balconies, and poured roofs on the ground floor and the first upper floor. These actions contradict the engineering drawings and building permits issued for the respective plots.

The decisions further stipulate that the New Beni Suef City Development Authority, with assistance from the Construction Police and the relevant police department, will be responsible for executing the demolition process.
