Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities Assem El-Gazzar has announced the ministry’s initiative, facilitated by the New Urban Communities Authority, to introduce fully finished housing units in the Valley Towers project in Hadayek October, Invest-Gate reports.
This aligns with the state’s ongoing efforts, led by the Ministry of Housing and its various entities, to provide diverse housing options to meet the community’s various needs.
Moreover, El-Gazzar emphasized that the ministry’s housing policy, in line with the political leadership’s directives, revolves around three pillars. It aims to offer luxury units at their true market value to high-income individuals, support middle-income earners with suitable housing, and assist low-income segments by providing subsidized social housing units.
Furthermore, the latter is made possible through the profit margin generated from providing high-income individuals with access to these units, embodying the practical application of the principle of social justice.
Waleed Abbas, Vice President of the New Urban Communities Authority for the Planning and Projects Sector – overseeing the Ministry of Housing’s office – highlighted the prime location of the Valley Towers project in Hadayek October.
Notably, the units, ranging from 95 to 100 sqm, are situated near the Egyptian Museum, directly overlooking the Pyramids. Details on bidding conditions, reservation procedures, unit prices, and payment plans will be announced.
