Assem El Gazzar, Minister of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities, inspects the ongoing housing projects and the Corniche project in New Mansoura City accompanied by the ministry’s officials, Invest-Gate reports.
This inspection tour includes “Sakan Misr” project for medium housing, “JANNA” for premium housing, the distinguished housing “Housing for All Egyptians” project, the villas project, and the Corniche project, the ministerial statement reveals.
El Gazzar calls the implanting companies to adherence to the implementation deadlines with the highest quality, the ministerial statement adds.
Additionally, El Gazzar points out that “Sakan Misr” includes 4704 housing units (196 residential buildings), whereas “JANNA” encompasses 11232 housing units (468 buildings), and “Housing for All Egyptians” project includes 58 buildings.
Additionally, El Gazzar inspects the villas project, which includes 1,149 villas, containing 2,103 units (499 separate villas – 152 connected villas – 498 semi-connected villas).
He further states that the first phase of the New Mansoura City Corniche is 4.2 km long and includes a walkway, cafeterias, sitting areas, bike lanes, playgrounds, reading areas, internet, and kids’ areas.
Moreover, a number of service projects in New Mansoura are underway, including two elementary schools, a health center, eight commercial markets, a police station, among others.
