Assem El-Gazzar, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, inspects the completion of the first phase of the New Mansoura project, Invest-Gate reports.
El-Gazzar notes that New Mansoura is a fourth-generation city, adding that the project includes different types of housing, comprising tourism, villas, middle-income, and social-income residence, along with all required services and a regional university.
The city’s residential projects include 1,149 villas, comprising 2,103 units.
Other projects in the city comprise 4,704 residential units in Sakan Misr middle-income project, 11,232 units in JANNA high-end housing project, and 1,392 units in the tourism housing project.
Moreover, El-Gazzar visits New Mansoura’s 4.2-km corniche, which includes a promenade, cafeteria, pergolas, chairs, and a bicycle lane, in addition to other services projects including 2 schools, a medical center, 8 marketplaces, a police station, and a fire brigade.
