Port Said Governor Adel El Ghadban has visited the “Tower Bay” project by Tower Developments to oversee the project’s progress and commence the handover of units in the first phase to clients, Invest-Gate reports.

This milestone signifies the success of Tower’s significant investments over the past five years to accelerate construction in the “Tower Bay” project, delivering high-quality tourist housing units.

Moreover, during the inspection, El Ghadban was accompanied by the Chairman of Tower Developments, Gamal Omar, who presented a comprehensive development plan for the project spanning 107 acres along the international coastal road between Port Said and Damietta.

The project comprises 2,000 tourist housing units, contributing to enhancing the tourism housing model in the governorate in line with the state’s commitment to sustainable development and providing employment opportunities for the youth.

Furthermore, Omar highlighted key features of the “Tower Bay” project, emphasizing its prime location overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, providing direct sea views for all units, and the master plan and unit designs developed and overseen by major local and international engineering consultancy firms to ensure top-notch quality in execution and finishing.

The project offers diverse services, including recreational and commercial facilities, swimming pools, a “Beach Club House,” and a comprehensive 24/7 security system for residents’ safety.

Also, El Ghadban inspected various housing unit models in the project’s first phase, praising the luxurious design and finishing of the units. He urged expediting the work rates, adhering to the established plan, and intensifying efforts to complete the project promptly to keep pace with tourism projects within the governorate.

Notably, Omar expressed the group’s aim to add value to the real estate market by creating unique projects that provide the highest quality standards and post-sales services, leaving a mark across various development domains they operate within.
