El Gouna, one of Orascom Development’s integrated and sustainable cities in the Red Sea Governorate, has announced the delivery of 75% of the first phase of the Kamaran project, which includes approximately 106 units, by the end of this year—achieved in a record time of no more than two years, Invest-Gate reports.
This aligns with its commitment to applying the highest international quality standards and delivering projects on time. The Kamaran phase is one of its most prominent residential projects, combining sophistication with sustainable design.
Additionally, El Gouna is preparing to launch the new phase of the project in 2025, which will include a variety of units featuring modern designs that blend simplicity and elegance to meet the aspirations of customers seeking luxury and privacy.
Furthermore, El Gouna has achieved a remarkable milestone by delivering 80 luxury residential units from the Kamaran project by the end of 2024, confirming its commitment to providing an exceptional experience for its customers.
In this regard, Mohamed Amer, CEO of El Gouna, praised the team and partners for their commitment to meeting delivery dates and maintaining the city’s distinguished quality. He stated: “We are proud to deliver the Kamaran project units on time, as El Gouna is known for its fast pace of work. We believe in the importance of enabling our customers to enjoy an exceptional living experience as soon as possible. In the coming period, we will launch the new phase, which will offer unique investment opportunities and an integrated experience for our customers, thus reaffirming our commitment to providing innovative residential projects in line with El Gouna’s vision as a sustainable destination that combines luxury with an exceptional lifestyle while adhering to environmental sustainability standards.”
