El Gouna has entered a long-term partnership with Flavor Republic Ventures to launch ‘Taste El Gouna’, an innovative gastronomy platform designed to position the Red Sea town as a premier global culinary destination, Invest-Gate reports.

The collaboration aims to expand El Gouna’s culinary landscape through diverse initiatives that attract international visitors seeking exceptional gastronomy and lifestyle experiences. Building on El Gouna’s leadership in art, culture, sports, entertainment, and entrepreneurship — and following the success of events such as the El Gouna Film Festival — the town continues to set new standards for innovation and global dining excellence. With more than 100 diverse dining venues blending local authenticity with international flair, El Gouna is redefining gastrotourism on the Red Sea.

The partnership also capitalizes on the success of Flavor Republic Ventures, creators of Cairo Food Week and WHEN WE EAT, whose narrative-driven approach will elevate El Gouna’s global visibility in the culinary world — from cultural tourism to fine dining.

As part of the collaboration, El Gouna and Flavor Republic Ventures will jointly develop sustainability-focused culinary initiatives, kicking off with the official launch of ‘Taste El Gouna’ on 19 November 2025. The launch will mark the beginning of a year-round calendar of gastronomic events celebrating the town’s vibrant dining scene and Egypt’s rich Red Sea ecosystem.
