El Khalifa Group launches the “K Malaga” project, an Andalusian-style residential compound in October Gardens (Hadayek October)- inspired by the Andalusian Malaga city- West Cairo, Invest-Gate reports.
The project is characterized by a strategic geographic location, as it is located in the southern extension areas of the 6th of October City, 20 km away from Mall of Egypt, 26 km from Mall of Arabia and Juhayna Square, 15 km from the Ring Road, and 17 km away from Al Remaya Square and Al-Haram Street.
Chairman of El-Khalifa Group, Amr Khalifa states that the project is situated on 10 acres, comprises 29 buildings consisting of a ground floor and three floors totaling 300 units. Moreover, the project includes duplexes, penthouses, and apartments of various sizes and spaces starting from 130 sqm.
Price per sqm starts from EGP 6,500 and all units are offered with various payment systems starting from six to eights years. The project will be delivered within three years of contracting with clients.
Additionally, the K Malaga compound encompasses several services, green spaces, industrial lakes, a sports walkway, a children’s play area, a natural ventilation system, a mosque, underground garages, 24/7 security and guarding services, in addition to a commercial mall to provide integrated services to the project’s residents.
