El Mostakbal For Urban Development has held a community consultation session to present the construction plan of their El Mostakbal City, Invest-Gate reports.

Top representatives from Talaat Moustafa Group (TMG) Holding, Madinet Nasr for Housing and Development (MNHD), Administrative Capital For Urban Development, and New Urban Communities Authorities (NUCA) have attended the meeting, according to a press statement.

El Mostakbal company is investing EGP 5 bn in the facilities and infrastructure of the city till mid-2020, the statement highlights.

“We have put a comprehensive strategy to fasten the completion of facilities to meet all developers’ demands,” according to Essam Nassef, Chairman and Managing Director of El Mostakbal for Urban Development.

El Mostakbal City is as an example of a complete urban community built with the highest environmental standards, according to the statement.

Nassef also adds that they will control the quality of the air and will provide green areas in order to guarantee sustainability.

El Mostakbal City is being constructed in New Cairo over an area of 45 mn square meters.
