El Rabwa Network to Invest EGP 1.5 bn in Mostakbal City: Chairman

El Rabwa Network has unveiled plans to pump EGP 1.5 bn worth of investments into developing the Global Paradigm Schools complex in New Cairo’s Mostakbal City, following the opening of the education project’s first administrative headquarters in early December, Invest-Gate reports.

Extending over a land area of 70,000 square meters, with a 30% built-up area, the educational complex will comprise a total of four schools, complemented by extensive parking to accommodate 600 vehicles, El Rabwa Network Chairman and President Gaafar Hussien further stated in a press release on December 27.

On-site construction is scheduled for completion in May 2021, in a bid to receive students for the 2021/22 academic year, Hussien pointed out.

He continued, “Two additional schools planned within the same campus will offer a franchised American program and a franchised British program opening their doors in the following years. Once fully operational, those four schools will host around 5,500 [students] on a state-of-the-art campus.”

The new complex is connected with all utilities, including electricity, water, sewage, and landline networks, not to mention high-speed internet access. “These provide a suitable work environment and basic standards that contribute to achieving the first steps of subsistence and attracting customers,” the executive explained.

Speaking of the newest headquarters in east Cairo, Hussien confirmed the 4,200-square-meter administrative building was carried out at a total cost of EGP 10 mn in 45 days only.

He also hailed the professional management of El Mostakbal for Urban Development, led by Essam Nassef, to overcome the hindrances investors face when investing in the new city, particularly amidst the ongoing Coronavirus hit.

El Rabwa Network’s educational complex is among three education projects in the pipeline at Mostakbal City, including one by Egypt’s Advanced Educational Services and another international university in Tatweer Misr’s Bloomfields compound, as highlighted in a previous statement.
