El Riyad Castle Company enters into a contract with Concorde El Salam Hotels and Resorts International to provide hotel management services and residential activities in Valore El Thawra project, Invest-Gate reports.

The agreement also provides for leasing for rent hotel units to clients.

Tarek Eid, El Riyad Castle Group Board member, announces that the agreement will maximize the return on investment (ROI) for clients.

He notes that Valore El Thawra is a residential, hotel, administrative, medical, and commercial project, located on the main Street Al-Thawra in Cairo, next to Almaza City Center.

Eid reveals that the project is situated on an area of 28,800 sqm, adding that the project is slated for delivery within three years.

Moteia Ismail, Chairman of Concorde El Salam Group, maintains that the group aimed to provide distinguished Hotel management services with international 5-star standards in the Valore El Thawra project.
