El Tameer Developments (TOREC Developments) is making significant progress on its latest project, T Pearl, a luxury villa compound located in the Green Belt area of 6th of October City, Invest-Gate reports.

According to Mohamed Anwar, Executive Director of El Tameer Developments, the company has partnered with top consultants and contractors to ensure the project meets high quality and sustainability standards, in line with the company’s strategy and its major shareholder, the New Urban Communities Authority.

T Pearl spans 11 feddans and consists of 21 buildings housing a total of 62 villas, featuring various models, including townhouses, twin houses, duplexes, and standalone villas. Villa sizes range from 350 sqm for standalone units to 240 sqm for twin houses and 230 sqm for townhouses. The innovative duplex design offers either a garden or rooftop, with units starting at 190 sqm.

El Tameer aims to achieve over EGP 1.3 bn in sales from T Pearl, with project delivery expected in 2025. The units are offered as semi-finished, with prices ranging from EGP 8.6 mn to EGP 26 mn.

Committed to a sustainable living environment, only 15% of the land is built upon, allowing ample space for lakes and green areas to promote a healthy and comfortable lifestyle. The land was acquired through purchase from the New Urban Communities Authority, aligning with El Tameer’s expansion goals in the luxury real estate market.
