El Wadi for Tourism and Real Estate Investment aims to record nearly EGP 400 mn in sales of its flagship resort in the North Coast, Agora Sidi Abdel Rahman, in 2019, while planning to launch 400 residential units at the project during the same year, Invest-Gate reports.

Ahmed Samir, the company’s commercial director, exclusively told invest-Gate that the newly offered units are with areas ranging from 55 to 170 square meters, adding that El Wadi has so far managed to market 40% of the project, which is being marketed over six phases.

“Developed on 21 acres, Agora is a residential tourism project that comprises 900 housing units and a 120-room hotel, in addition to a commercial mall that covers an area of 21,000 square meters,” Samir noted.

Samir pointed out that the commercial mall is currently operating at full capacity, serving the Agora’s residents as well as locals of the surrounding area.

Stretching over an area of 1,200 square meters, the mall encompasses several international brands, notably IKEA, which opened its second headquarters in Egypt in the North Coast inside Agora resort, he revealed.
