Elaf Development has announced the launch of its latest and largest project, KAWN, a mixed-use destination set in the 6th of October City, Invest-Gate reports.

Backed by more than 15 years of experience in real estate development, the company aims to introduce a new standard of upscale urban living in one of West Cairo’s fastest-growing areas.

Spanning 9 feddans, KAWN was designed by Dr. Hisham Bahaa El Din, Chairman of RAYDESIGNS. The development comprises five architecturally distinct plazas, offering a mix of residential, retail, medical, and administrative spaces.

The project includes 24/7 concierge and housekeeping services, furnished smart apartments, co-working spaces, branded retail outlets, high-end F&B venues, a spa, gym, rooftop pool, and valet parking.
