Elite’s Second Round Kicks Off in Cairo

The second round of the Elite Real Estate Exhibition kicks off in Cairo with the participation of 120 leading Egyptian and Gulf real estate developers on August 9, Invest-Gate reports.

Elite, to experts, is believed to encourage Gulf real estate developers to invest in the Egyptian property market, giving one great push to the sector.

CEO of Global Eskan, the organizer of the exhibition, Ahmed Afifi says that holding such an exhibition is very important to market the current real estate projects and attract more Gulf investments to the country. Seven Gulf real estate developers are already considering investing in the Egyptian real estate market “on the exhibition’s opening day,” the organizer confirms.

Afifi adds that Eskan Global is looking forward to holding a number of exhibitions for the Egyptian real estate developers in the Gulf markets, including Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and Kuwait, enabling them to expand in the GCC market.

CEO of ARDIC Ashraf Doweidar comments, “Real estate exhibitions play an effective role in boosting the real estate market and offer various options to clients.” Speaking during a workshop held on the sidelines of the exhibition, Doweidar highlights such events invites in Gulf investments to the Egyptian market and also helps “us gain exposure in GCC markets as well”.

Minister of Investment and International Cooperation Sahar Nasr and Minister of Housing Mostafa Madbouly inaugurated, yesterday, August 9 the four-day Elite Real Estate Exhibition.
