Dubai’s property developer Ellington Properties has announced the sell-out of its Wilton Terraces I and II projects, located alongside the Dubai Water Canal, Invest-Gate reports.
Marking the developer’s first project in Mohammed Bin Rashid (MBR) City, Wilton Terraces developments feature 283 one- and two-bedroom homes, surrounded by 2.4 mn square feet of greenery, according to a press release on February 3.
The two 12-story towers are interconnected by a single podium, with views of the Dubai skyline as well as the Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary and immaculate landscaping, green gardens, and the community layout interspersed with public squares and soothing water bodies.
Paula Wehbeh, head of business strategy at Ellington Properties, said, “The sell-out success of Wilton Terraces I and II in a relatively short space of time, indicates not only the buoyancy of the market but also the continued demand for Ellington homes in Dubai…especially from international investors from markets such as Saudi Arabia, China and Russia.”
