ÈLM Developments announced the launch of its first residential project, ÈLM Tree, in the northern part of 6th of October City with investments totaling EGP 10 bn. The project is positioned as a milestone in the company’s strategy to deliver integrated communities that blend comfort, nature, and long-term investment value, Invest-Gate reports.

Spanning 58 feddans, ÈLM Tree dedicates over half of its land to low-density housing including apartments and duplexes, surrounded by extensive green spaces. More than 80% of the project area is landscaped, with all buildings overlooking a 7-feddan private park — the largest of its kind in the area. The development also enjoys a strategic frontage on the Boulevard axis and proximity to major service and entertainment hubs.

Dr. Assem El Gazzar, Non-Executive Chairman of ÈLM Developments, said the project “offers a rare balance between upscale living and secure investment, thanks to its prime location and the integration of vast green areas that redefine residential life in 6th of October.”

The masterplan, designed by France’s Architecturestudio in collaboration with Egypt’s ACE, emphasizes harmony with nature. It features wide terraces, a 30,000 sqm park, and a family-oriented clubhouse with a pool, padel and football courts, and children’s play areas.

Founded in 2024, ÈLM Developments aims to establish itself as a distinctive Egyptian developer, with ÈLM Tree marking its true debut in the market and a platform for future expansion across Egypt and the wider Middle East.
