ElMasria Group Development inaugurated its new sales branch on 90 Street in the Fifth Settlement area of New Cairo, as part of its expansion plan, Invest-Gate reports.

Wathek Wafik, Chairman of the board of directors of ElMasria Group, stated that there is a plan to expand branches and increase personnel in all company departments to accommodate the expected development in the company’s operations in the coming phase.

Wafik added that the company will soon announce the opening of a new sales headquarters in Sheikh Zayed City, in addition, the company aims to invest in Saudi Arabia.

Walid Wafik, Chairman of ElMasria Group, explained that the work plan includes launching a series of projects in distinguished locations in West and East Cairo and the North Coast.

Walid further pointed out that lands for these projects have already been contracted, and preparations are underway to launch them, with the assistance of experienced experts in all engineering fields, to present a distinguished product that meets the requirements and needs of all customers.

Ahmed Badr, Head of the Commercial Sector of ElMasria Group, stated that opening the new sales branch on 90 Street is a step towards the company’s expansions, accompanied by the launching of several projects in prime locations in East Cairo.

The company announced its plan to open reservations for the third phase of the ISOLA Sheraton project in Heliopolis soon. It is the first residential, administrative, and commercial compound located within the boundaries of the Heliopolis area, covering an area of 45 acres.

Notably, the residential part of the project accounts for 15% of the total area, while 15% is designated for commercial activity.
