Dubai developer Emaar Properties announced the launch of Park Point, a premium residential project, at its Dubai Hills Estate project, according to Trade Arabia.

Park Point will feature several types of apartments as well as a duplex unit, set on the 11 million square meter development of Dubai Hills Estate. Emaar offers special payment offers for Park Point, which is scheduled for completion in 2019.

Dubai Hills Estate is a joint-venture between Emaar and Dubai-based Meraas Holding, and is set to be a mixed-use masterplan development featuring community facilities, a golf course and several other amenities.
