Emaar Middle East, a subsidiary of the real estate developer Emaar Properties, contracted the construction of Emaar Residences in Jeddah Gate to Arabian Construction Company (ACC), reported Construction Week Online.

Emaar Residences towers include 283 apartments with some penthouses. The towers are planned to have pool areas, fitness centers, a ladies’ spa, children’s day care area, and a multipurpose hall, according to The National.  

The residences will overlook King Abdullah Road and the Emaar Square Plaza, with some residential units facing the panoramic view of King Abdullah Road and the Red Sea, report ME Construction News.

Apartments will have 1-4 bedrooms and their size will range from 70 to 300 square meters. Each building will have dedicated drop off zones, a 24 hour reception and concierge.

The new residence is the third residential project undertaken by Emaar Middle East with drilling work already underway for the new project.

“We are bringing the same world-class standards that Emaar is renowned for with ‘Emaar Residences’. ACC has strong competencies in developing large-scale projects as per schedule,” said a spokesman for Emaar Middle East.

Emaar Middle East has previously awarded the construction of the 63-story Boulevard Point Project in Downtown Dubai and Emaar Square in Jeddah Gate to ACC.
