Dubai-based Emaar Properties has launched new luxurious residential units in Dubai’s Creek Harbour project, reported Gulf Business.
The project is expected to hold a two-tower Creek Horizon that will include one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom penthouses. The project will also include townhouses built on a podium that connects the two towers.
The towers will have 35 and 41 floors respectively, all overlook Dubai Creek, the Downtown Dubai skyline, and the Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary.
The project will include an entertainment deck, pool, and lounge, in addition to the cafes and retail outlets that will be built on the ground floor.
Spanish-Swiss architect Santiago Calatrava will design the $1 billion tower and develop a center piece of the six-kilometer Dubai Creek master-development.
A scheduled sales events is expected to take place on Thursday for the residential project of the Dubai Creek Harbour, which is also expected to feature commercial districts, leisure, parks, marina, a 4.5-kilometer Creek Boardwalk, museum, cultural facilities, canals, landscaped promenades, pedestrian walkways, cycle paths, galleries, a Vida Hotel, and a public transport that will serve it, according to Arabian Business.
