Emaar Hospitality Group, the hospitality and leisure arm of Emaar Properties, has partnered with Claviger, a sales representation group, to promote sales of the former’s hotel rooms across the GCC region, Invest-Gate reports.

The sales representation agreement includes the promotion of hotels under the premium luxury brand Address Hotels + Resorts, the upscale lifestyle Vida Hotels and Resorts, as well as, Armani Hotel Dubai, the company said in a recent press release.

Claviger will highlight the exceptional features and amenities offered by Emaar Hospitality Group’s hotels in Dubai to high net worth individuals and corporate houses, in addition to conducting roadshows and customer events, while showcasing the developments at specialized trade shows.

COO of Emaar Hospitality Group Chris Newman said, “As Dubai readies to welcome tourists from across the world this summer, the new partnership will contribute to added occupancy levels, covering both leisure and business travelers.”

The portfolio of hotels under Address Hotels + Resorts in Dubai includes Address Downtown, Address Boulevard, Address Dubai Mall and Palace Downtown – all in Downtown Dubai, in addition to Address Dubai Marina and Address Montgomerie. Claviger will also promote the soon-to-open Address Fountain Views and Address Sky View, with bookings for the two hotels already open.

Besides, two operational hotels run under Vida Hotels and Resorts – Vida Downtown and Manzil Downtown – both in Downtown Dubai, as well as, the upcoming new hotels – Vida Emirates Hills in the tranquil Emirates Hills neighborhood and Vida Harbour Point in Dubai Creek Harbour. Also, Armani Hotel Dubai is located in the iconic Burj Khalifa and marks the collaboration of Emaar with fashion legend Giorgio Armani.
