Dubai-based developer Emaar has launched newest residential units -“Breeze”- at the Creek Beach district, a first-of-its-kind urban beach in the heart of Dubai Creek Harbour, Invest-Gate reports.

Launched on October 13 with a special launch event for customers at Dubai Creek Harbour Sales Pavilion in Ras Al Khor, Breeze is Emaar’s first residential offering in the beach district, accompanied with “private beach access, a vibrant boardwalk, infinity pool, sandbar mounds, and much more,” according to a released statement.

“Most of the one-, two-, and three-bedroom residences overlook the courtyard and the green plazas, while the four-bedroom penthouses offer direct views of the waterfront canal,” the statement reads.

In addition, residents will relish amenities such as two neighborhood plazas, a private swimming pool, a town center with retail and F&B offerings, a waterfront VIDA Hotel, a gym within a private courtyard, outdoor play and barbeque areas, lawns, and a shared community room, according to the statement.

A joint venture between Emaar and Dubai Holding, the Dubai Creek Harbour is a six square-kilometer development featuring world-class hotels, green parks and gardens, several cultural attractions, canals, lush parklands, landscaped promenades, pedestrian walkways, cycle paths, and city bus routes.

The mega project will also comprise the Creek Marina which features retail, dining, and leisure venues as well as yachting facilities including a yacht club, three hotels, a promenade, pedestrian walkways, and art installations.
