Dubai’s Emaar Properties has launched a marketing campaign for the sale of Il Primo apartments located at the Opera District in Downtown Dubai, at the famous Harrods Department Store in London, The National reported.
The tower is expected to include 119 apartments, up to 463 square meters in size which would cost AED 17 million (GBP 3.5 million).
Il Primo will also include a podium which will contain amenities such as a gym, a library, cinema and spa, while apartments will have full-height glazing views of the new Opera House, Burj Khalifa and Downtown Dubai.
“Il Primo is situated in the centre of Dubai’s new cultural hub. The exceptional views of Dubai Opera, The Dubai Fountain and Burj Khalifa are spectacular. This, combined with the generous apartment sizes, will make Il Primo the most covetable address in Dubai,” Managing Director, Ahmad Al Matrooshi said.
Prices are set to be at an average of AED 2,380 (GBP 500) per square foot, which is less that average apartment prices in London. The marketing campaign at Harrods include scale models of The Opera District, as well as its Dubai Hills Estate and Dubai Creek Harbour which will be open till mid-August.
The company launched the campaign to attract investors in light of the Brexit vote repercussions and dwindling sterling.
