UAE-based developer, Emaar Properties, has launched the second phase of Sidra at Dubai Hills Estate, reported Trade Arabia.

Sidra villas range from 3,102 to 4,283 square feet and offer three- to five- bedroom- units, featuring an access to the wide range of amenities at Dubai Hills Estate, including a golf course, swimming pools, sports facilities and kids areas.

Dubai Hills Estate, a joint venture between Emaar and Meraas Holding, is a mixed-use development on an- 11 mn- square- meter- land plot, including more than 2,000 villas upon completion.
