Emaar Misr and Misr El Kheir Foundation have announced the delivery of the first phase of Beyout El Kheir project (Homes of Generosity) on June 18, covering Matrouh, Beheria, Aswan, and Qena provinces, Invest-Gate reports.
The project comes as part of the developer’s corporate social responsibility program to provide more job opportunities and improve the living conditions of thousands of less privileged families in Egypt’s villages and governorates, Emaar Misr revealed in a recent official statement.
Both sides are preparing for the launch of the project’s second phase soon, however, they did not reveal further details on the exact date, according to the statement.
Back in September 2018, Emaar Misr and Misr El Kheir signed a cooperation protocol, under the supervision of Egypt’s Ministry of Social Solidarity, to kickstart the first phase of Beyout El Kheir project, which is aimed at enhancing the livelihood of the less fortunate people.
“For each unit, we build in Emaar’s projects across Egypt, we will build a residential unit for less privileged families in Egyptian villages,” Emaar Properties’ Founder and Chairman Mohamed Alabbar said in a previous statement.
