Emaar Misr for Development has reported a 29% year-on-year growth in its profits for the third quarter of 2017, Invest-Gate reports.

Profits stood at EGP 479.430 mn in the three-month period, which ended on September 30, 2017, compared to EGP 372.129 mn in the prior-year period, according to a company bourse filing.

Revenues went up 17% to EGP 840.749 mn in Q3-17 from EGP 719.045 mn in Q3-16.

As for the first nine months of 2017, the company posted profits valued at EGP 1.456 bn compared to EGP 1.063 bn in the prior-year period.

Revenues rose to EGP 2.599 bn in the same nine-month period of 2017, compared to EGP 2.499 bn in the same period a year earlier.
