Emaar Misr recorded net profits of approximately EGP 1.0 bn in the first nine months of 2016, compared to about EGP 745 mn during the same period last year, marking an approximate 43% year-on-year increase, according to its most recent financial statement.
Net profit during the third quarter of 2016 recorded approximately EGP 372 mn, compared to last year’s EGP 222 mn.
Meanwhile, the company’s total revenues during Q3 recorded approximately EGP 719 mn, against approximately EGP 589 mn last year, while EGP 2.5 bn were registered in revenues during the first nine months of the year, compared to EGP 2.1 bn during the same period of 2015.
Revenues were divided as follows: EGP 1.1 bn from Marassi, compared to last year’s EGP 1.0 bn, while revenues from Uptown Cairo registered over EGP 551 mn compared to last year’s EGP 273.3 mn, and those from Mivida recorded EGP 807.2 mn compared to last year’s EGP 855.9 mn.
