Emaar Misr for Development announced the complete sell-out of all units in Phase II of its flagship residential project, Mivida Gardens, located in East Cairo, within just 24 hours of opening sales. The achievement highlights strong market demand and reinforces the high level of customer confidence in Emaar Misr’s brand and track record in the Egyptian real estate market.

In parallel with the sales launch, Emaar Misr confirmed that construction and development works have reached advanced stages. The development also includes a sports club and a fully integrated school.
