UAE’s Emaar Hospitality Group, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Emaar Properties, officially opened on December 22 its newest hotel, Address Sky View, in the heart of Downtown Dubai, Trade Arabia reports.
Featuring a duo of distinguished skyscrapers conjoined at the summit by a spectacular Sky Bridge, the hotel comprises 169 rooms, with each designed with “utmost care and dedication,” the news website added.
At Address Sky View, guests can sample an appetizing selection of global gourmet preparations at The Restaurant, which features modular spaces – from a living room, lounge, communal, and individual dining tables to workspaces, a media room, a kitchen, and an outdoor terrace. They also can have their afternoon tea ar the Lobby Lounge, or catch the sunset at the Pool Lounge.
The hotel also features some luxury wellness amenities such as The Spa and The Fitness Center, according to Emaar.
In early June, Emaar Hospitality Group has partnered with Claviger, a sales representation group, to promote sales of the former’s hotel rooms across the GCC region. The sales representation agreement includes the promotion of hotels under the premium luxury brand Address Hotels + Resorts, the upscale lifestyle Vida Hotels and Resorts, as well as, Armani Hotel Dubai.
