Top Emirati developer, Emaar Properties awarded Dubai Hills Estate project, which is jointly developed in collaboration with Meraas Holding to EllisDon, Construction Week Online reported.

EllisDon will oversee the delivery of the 27 acre development, which is expected to be one of the largest neighborhoods in the UAE.

The integrated  development will include gated villa communities, a commercial center, high-end retail outlets, and low- and mid-rise residences, as well as hotels and serviced apartments, educational institutions, healthcare facilities, mosques, and a championship golf course.

“Dubai Hills Estate will boost the tourism sector of the city, contributing significantly to the economic and social development of Dubai, EllisDon stated in a press release.
