Dubai’s property developer, Emaar Properties, launches on today, May 17, Creek Rise in Dubai Creek Harbor, Invest-Gate reports.

The project will include a gym, private pools, a private parking area, a children’s area, and a landscaped leisure deck.

To be handed over by 2020, the project’s apartments overlook the Island District’s Central Park and the Tower.
