Emaar real estate has released a new residential structure next to the Dubai Opera that contains two towers at the center of the Downtown District, Arabian Business reported. 

Emaar stated that ‘Act one and Act two ‘ apartments will be offered for sale in London on Wednesday, and in Dubai on Thursday.

The structure contains 718 apartment, consisting of one, two or three bedrooms and a limited number of penthouses that are located within a 52 storey and a 46 storey tower that has a view of Burj Khalifa, Mohamed Bin Rashid Boulevard and will soon overlook the Dubai Opera building.

The towers also includes retail units, cafes, a health club and spa, swimming pools, a podium connection to Burj Khalifa, and roof terraces and balconies, according to The National.

Ahmad Al Matrooshi, managing director of Emaar properties, stated that such a development will feature the vibrant cultural lifestyle of the city due to its proximity to the Dubai Opera.
