Dubai-based developer Emaar Properties launches today Vida Dubai Mall in Downtown Dubai, Invest-Gate reports.

Connected to the Dubai Mall through a link bridge, the new project offers premium one- to four-bedroom serviced apartments overlooking Burj Khalifa and Dubai Fountain.

The project comprises function terrace, a yoga pad, an events deck children’s play area and private parking area, the company says.
