Emaar Properties is set to build an hotel located on beachfront in Dubai in Jumeirah Resort and Spa at Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR), reported The National.
The resort will include two 74-storey towers at the end of the Dubai Marina and 100 meters of beachfront overlooking Meraas Holding’s Bluewater Island and the Ain Dubai big wheel, and according to the company will have a direct link to Sheikh Zayed Road.
The towers are 290 meters high and consist of an area that includes 182 serviced rooms- hotel, residences and apartments.
The company stated that the hotels and serviced residences will be located in one tower and the apartments in the other tower and they will share a common podium. There will also be a rooftop with a pool and five food and beverage outlets, a lounge, and a space between the two towers.
Facilities will include a restaurant connected to a pool, beach grill and a lobby lounge, several boardrooms and a ball room, a spa and fitness center. The project is expected to be completed in 2020.
