UAE’s developer Emaar Properties unveils a new project at Dubai Harbor, Invest-Gate reports.

The project is a 10 mn square feet of waterfront residences and a brand-new hotel.

Emaar will focus on building a series of high-rise residential apartments overlooking the Arabian Gulf. In addition, the hospitality project will be operated by its Address Hotels + Resorts and will include branded residences.

The residential neighborhood to be developed by Emaar will be part of an integrated tourist destination, with the master plan set to include Skydive Dubai, and Dubai International Marine Club.
