Emirati-based real estate developer Emaar announced its new project, Downtown Views II, described as “the pinnacle of urban living,” scheduled to launch on  14 January in the UAE’s most populous city.

Connected to The Dubai Mall,the project is another residential tower by Emaar Properties, located at Dubai’s downtown. Emaar considers the project, anticipated as a 55-storey luxurious residential tower, a flagship of its properties. Developers are aiming to turn it into a reference for the best in architecture, and luxury living in Dubai.

Downtown Views II will offer a wonderful range of residential units, from single-bedroom apartments to three-bedroom family homes and a set of duplexes on the higher floors.This project is surrounded with the views of the iconic Burj Khalifa on one side and The Tower on the other.
