BMT, a UK-based design and mechanics company, has been assigned to be the wind engineering consultant for Emaar’s Creek Harbour Tower in Dubai, reported Trade Arabia.

Global engineering consultants Aurecon appointed the company for this role to overlook the tower, which is an upcoming mixed-used project from Emaar Properties.

The Emaar tower is designed by Santiago Calatrava, a renowned architect who will also be overlooking the engineering work.

The top of the tower will include several observation decks, including the Pinnacle Room, which will offer a 360 degree view of the city.

VIP Observation Garden Decks are also included in the tower with fully glazed rotating balconies, according to Arabian Business.

BMT is a prominent specialist in the fields of wind engineering and modeling of civil construction and oil and gas industries, based in Teddington, UK. The company operates in Abu Dhabi, Hong Kong, Kuala Lumpur, New York, and Singapore.
