UAE’s developer, Emaar, unveils its latest residential project at the six- square-kilometer Dubai Creek Harbor, Invest-Gate reports.

Emaar will release units for its 17 Icon Bay project on August 29, offering iconic views of Burj Khalifa and the wildlife sanctuary, according to the company’s twitter account.

Located in the heart of the Island District, the project comprises one, two, and three-bedroom apartments, and offers amenities including private pool, fitness center, children’s play area and a leisure deck with views of the city.

Construction of the project is expected to be completed by May 30, 2021.
