Emirati developer Emaar launched Harbour Gate residences at the Dubai Creek Harbour Sales Centre on February 18, Invest-Gate reports.

According to a press release, Harbour Gate is one of the world’s largest master-planned developments, encompassing 6 square kilometers, only 10 minutes away from the Dubai International Airport. Located in the Island District, the project will be close to The Tower at Dubai Creek Harbour, a mall and the retail district featuring high-end brands.

Harbour Gate offers a total of 491 one, two, and three-bedroom apartments with Dubai Creek waterfront and park views, overlooking the boulevard and the Central Park’s green landscapes.
