Dubai-based developer Emaar Properties launches on Tuesday, May 30, Maple III at Dubai Hills Estate, Invest-Gate reports.

The project’s units will be launched for sales at Emaar sales centres today.

Located along a network of green corridors, the new project offers premium three- to five-bedroom townhouses.

The project will include amenities, including a children’s playground and a swimming pool, the company says.
