Dubai-based real estate developer, Emaar Properties, is launching Vida Residences Dubai Marina waterfront homes overlooking the beach, Invest-Gate reports.

“Vida Residences Dubai Marina offers a distinctive lifestyle choice for residents who prefer waterfront living in a central location,” says Emaar Properties Managing Director Ahmad Al Matrooshi.

Vida Residences Dubai Marina consists of 360 one- to four-bedroom apartments containing spacious balconies, according to a released statement.

The project will include a hotel, a yacht club, and marine pursuits. It is is located close to Dubai Marina Mall, Dubai Metro, Tram, and Sheikh Zayed Roads.

Al Matrooshi says that the project focuses on the maritime heritage of Dubai Marina and the homes are ideally suited to be homes for long-stays or as holiday homes.
