Musanda , Abu Dhabi General Services Company, will be developing a residential project entitled Emirati District in Madinet Zayed located in UAE at a total investment cost of AED 2.5 bn, Invest-Gate reports.

The project is to include 2,755 residential land plots, 37 mosques, 47 gardens, and 13 schools, according to a released statement. “The Emirati District consists of three blocks including roads and infrastructure works,” says Musanda Chief Executive Suwaidan Rashed Al Zahiri. The project spreads on 14.4 mn square meters, serving 22,000 residents following completion in 2019 as scheduled.
